The candidate should have an outstanding record of accomplishment in clinical care, teaching, and a focused area of research activity in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. The candidate will be considered across broad areas of expertise, including clinical trials and/or translational research; an interest in graft engineering and novel preclinical and/or clinical trial approaches to transplantation is of special consideration.
- Academic practice with focus on clinical care, research and education

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosis, evaluation and management of patients with hematologic malignancies, nonmalignant blood disorders and select solid tumors, managed by cellular therapy required. Administration and oversight of chemotherapy, biotherapy, and immunotherapy. Selection of appropriate candidates for cellular based therapy. Preparation, treatment, and management of patients through autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Participating in CAR T-cell and immune effector cell therapies.

Position Details:
- Robust community hospital, variety in acuity of patients, opportunity for teaching and great living community and schools
- Full-time, Days (7 on/7 off, 10 hours in-house) 44 beds growing to 88 beds with new tower opening in October 2025. Combined ICU/PCU unit currently 12 beds.
- 100% inpatient covering medical and surgical; hospitalists team consists of 8 physicians and 5 APP's for excellent culture of teamwork, support, and collaboration
- Intensivist support onsite M-F daytime hours, 24/7 on-call. Open ICU, hospitalist admit all ICU patients including intubated, pressors (with the exception of STEMI) and run code teams. Procedures not required but option to perform if comfortable/competent.
