Riley Hospital for Children is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the largest Pediatric Hematology/Oncology program in the state of Indiana!

The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health is the only nationally ranked oncology and hematology program in the state of Indiana.  We are home to the only pediatric stem cell transplant program in the state of Indiana and the only site offering pediatric CAR T-Cell therapy. Our team is ranked in the 20 top by US News & World Report! 

Position Details:

  • Full-time
  • Alternating week of day shift and night shift
    • 12 hour shifts
  • Alternating weekend coverage
  • 75% inpatient, 25% outpatient work

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Primary responsibilities will be working in both the inpatient and outpatient setting for pediatric hematology/oncology.  
  • Will manage scheduled chemotherapy patient visits, side effects of treatments, round with on service team.  
  • Perform independent, comprehensive assessments of patients receiving oncology treatments.  
  • This provider would act as a resource for residents covering the oncology inpatient service.  
  • Provider would also perform procedures in this role including bone marrow biopsies, bone marrow aspirates, and spinal taps.
  • This role would work collectively with attending, practitioners, and nurses on both the solid tumor and leukemia teams.
  • Provider would help establish and grow a new role within the division.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should display excellent clinical care skills in all areas of hematology/oncology
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in oncology nursing and/or practice as an advanced provider


Location: Indianapolis, IN - Specialty: Nurse Practitioner, OB/GYN

Indiana University Health Physicians has an exciting opportunity to be a part of expanding women's health services. We are adding a full-time APRN or PA, OB Emergency Department to practice 100% inpatient triage in the new Riley Maternity Tower.

Position Details:

  • 40 hours per week
    • 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts
    • Monday-Friday with occasional weekend need

  • Work independently, 100% inpatient, with in-house OB Laborists & Resident teams available to assist and consult as needed
