Schedule & Call

Key Responsibilities:

This unique opportunity combines clinical practice, program leadership, academic engagement, and strategic growth within an innovative multidisciplinary program focused on menopause, midlife women's health, preventive care, and longevity medicine. The Medical Director will play a key role in shaping the future of women's healthcare through the development of integrated, evidence-based care models that support women throughout midlife and beyond.

Position Highlights
* Provide medical and administrative leadership for the Women's Health & Longevity Program.
* Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative effort.
* Lead strategic planning, program development, quality initiatives, and provider engagement.
* Develop and implement evidence-based care pathways and clinical protocols.
* Collaborate across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive care for perimenopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal patients.
* Participate in resident and medical student education.
* Primary practice location: Academic Health Center, Indianapolis.

Qualifications
* Board certified in OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Preventive Medicine, or a related specialty.
* Current Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) designation preferred or demonstrated expertise in menopause and midlife women's health.
* Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
* Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
