Key Responsibilities

  • Attend deliveries of high-risk neonatal patients
  • Care for neonatal patients requiring ICU level care; develop plan of care
  • Perform procedures including intubations, PICC, UAL/UVL, chest tube placement and management, lumbar puncture, and thoracentesis
  • Provision of patient and family centered care
  • Active participation in quality and safety initiatives

  • This role is a 1.0 FTE with 36-patient facing hours and 4 hours of administrative duty time each week. 
  • Patient Care: Conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans for OB/GYN patients
  • Testing and Diagnostics: Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions
  • Documentation: Accurately documenting patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care in electronic medical records
  • Education: Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care.

Qualifications:
