Discharge teaching, summaries for patients.  Daily patient assessment, treatment plan for ongoing care, including Rx. 
  • Outpatient work includes: seeing, developing plan of care for non-surg patients referred to the office.  See post-op patients. Yearly follow-up/check-ups in OP clinic setting.  Same as IP procedures, except for drain pull. Collaborate with MDs to develop care plans.
