Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care (Spencer Clinic)

IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians is hiring! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our newest Primary Care facility in Spencer, IN! 

  • Full-time
  • Days, Monday-Friday
  • One week of call per year (after-hours routed to an RN triage service for screening)
  • 100% outpatient
  • Work directly with 2 physicians and 3 advanced providers
  • Patient volume: 80/week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary care provider for patients in a team-based care model
  • Evaluate and treat using evidence-based medicine
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to provide care for patients in the office
  • Perform procedures including suturing, I&D, joint injections, etc.


  • ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification required
