IU Health Physicians - Supplemental/PRN Urgent Care Physician (Urgent Care Fort Wayne)


Join Indiana University Health Physicians and System Health Solutions group as a Supplemental Urgent Care Physician in popular Fort Wayne, IN!  

Position Details:

  • Provide care to ages 3 months and up
  • Urgent care and occupational medicine including injury and illness care, minor procedures, workers' compensation, DOT and sports physicals
  • Supplemental hours; 12 hour shifts Mon-Friday (8 am -8 pm),  10 hour shifts weekends (8 am- 6 pm)
  • Provide support for our advanced practice providers

Qualifications:

  • Must be MD or DO
  • BC in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care or Family Medicine required
  • Emergency medicine and/or urgent care experience preferred
  • Occupational medicine experience preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience preferred
