 has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Emergency Medicine team at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. This position offers an outstanding practice opportunity, along with a generous bonus program for this role. 

Details:

  • Rotating shifts 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, 11 am-11 pm, 6:30 pm - 6:30 am
  • With this full-time EM position, the full-time provider will work 12 shifts per month, at full-time employee salary.  These work hours constitute a sharp decrease in typical hours worked for an IUH full-time employee.
  • 100% outpatient
  • No call
  • Responsibilities include providing excellent clinical care to patients within a fast-paced environment, seeing increased acuity patients over time.  Patients include those who are acutely ill, suffering from life-threatening conditions or injuries.  This position calls for an Advanced Practice Profile who displays efficient management and disposition of multiple patients concurrently.
  • EM/ICU experience preferred
  • Will consider new graduates

IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a 350-bed hospital and is designated as a level 3 trauma center. It is both a teaching hospital and a regional tertiary referral center.
