IU Health Physicians - Internal Medicine Physician - Medical Director - Adult Ambulatory Care Center


Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a BC Internal Medicine physician to join our IU Health University Hospital Adult Ambulatory Care Center located in Indianapolis, IN.  This Medical Director / Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine is an academic focused role devoted to developing and precepting our Internal Medicine residents during their continuity clinic outpatient rotations.  Make a difference by training the next generation of dedicated Internal Medicine residents serving a diverse patient population with multiple co-morbidities. 

Job Description:

  • Full Time - Monday thru Friday. 45% clinical /45% academic/ 10%administrative
  • Limited shared call - 2-3 weeks per year
  • 100% Outpatient
  • Responsible for teaching and oversight of IM residents specific to outpatient primary care
  • Scheduling, compliance reporting, faculty title -  Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine
