IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians are actively recruiting a Primary Care Physician for our well established primary care clinic in Upland, IN. This is a recently renovated office in a small town setting with a very collegial staff serving Grant County and the surrounding communities. It is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit community and join the second largest physician group within IU Health. - Full time days schedule; 4 or 5 day week options
